Job Description

The Finance competency at our organization focuses on providing expert guidance and support to clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing and analysing finance and risk data, and implementing finance transformation initiatives.

We are looking for a senior manager with proven expertise in leadership of complex finance transformation delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and regulatory reporting, a track record in transformation projects, and team leadership experience.

This role involves managing or supporting engagements with clients and providing high-quality consulting services. It also requires developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks, understanding EY's service offerings, and identifying opportunities to better serve clients.

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for managing innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance. You will also contribute to expanding our brand in the market, engage in business development activities, and foster a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes
  • Understanding of finance processes and technologies
  • Proven track record in management and leadership roles in Regulatory or Finance transformation projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is beneficial
  • Minimum of 7+ years in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes
  • Understanding of technology trends in the Financial Services industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others
