Business Transformation Lead

About the Role

  • Drive business growth through strategic product alignment.
  • Partner with Product Managers to shape technical product vision.
  • Define product objectives and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Evaluate tactical plans and ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Presentation of business cases, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Establish annual and quarterly business priorities and ensure the Product Backlog is aligned.
  • Maintain alignment with product team regarding scope, business value, plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource availability.
  • Support feasibility assessments and align expectations with Product and IT delivery teams.
  • Coordinate business expertise and organizational input for specification and delivery.
  • Facilitate decision-making on trade-offs, scope, and value realization at senior levels.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to prepare and orchestrate key planning meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate releases from a business perspective.
  • Track and report benefits following project implementation.

Requirements & Skills

  • 5-10 years' experience in business or IT transformation within financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering complex transformation programs.
  • Cross-functional expertise with ability to navigate and influence across Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
  • Strong understanding of business case development and stakeholder alignment.
  • Negotiation skills with ability to manage multifaceted priorities.
  • Ability to interpret business problems and design innovative solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
