Job Title: Senior Finance Projects Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives, driving the implementation of new systems and tools, and overseeing the development of financial processes and systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Finance Systems, Automation & AI Tools:
    • Drive the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on embedding AI tools such as Power BI and Co-Pilot to improve finance process efficiency.
    • Lead the rollout of data alignment projects, ensuring consistent reporting and analysis across business units.
    • Assess and support the deployment of finance automation initiatives, including invoicing, reporting workflows, and data reconciliation.
    • Develop and implement clear project plans to assess current tools, processes, and systems as part of integration and transformation work.
  • Strategic Growth Projects:
    • Work with senior leadership to deliver on strategic objectives, supporting the onboarding of newly acquired businesses into existing finance infrastructure and reporting environments.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, project delivery, or financial operations/reporting roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365) and embedding AI and automation tools.
  • Excellent project planning and delivery skills, commercial and analytical mindset, and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • A self-starter with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of working across all levels of a business.
