Job Role Overview

Fund administration is a core business at the organization, with a respected alternative asset and accounting service. Investing in learning and technology solutions delivers a seamless client experience.

As a team member of our Data Transformation division, you will collaborate with accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that clients can depend upon.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary relationship partner and key point of contact for high-profile clients on their strategic data initiatives.
  • Bridge communication between clients and technical teams by gathering, documenting, and articulating detailed business requirements.
  • Drive Data Transformation client projects and support a high-quality client experience from requirements gathering to delivery.
  • Build a best-in-class team supporting premier client relationships and their data initiatives.
  • Provide client-facing materials to share subject matter expertise and deep knowledge across data technologies.
  • Support RFP questions to foster future partnerships with prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements, providing insights internally and to clients.
Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience working with data and within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as accounting, computer science, or related field.
  • Experience with scripting languages and finance tools.
  • Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data modelling.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and AWS preferred.
