Equipment Maintenance Engineer

This role involves providing a manufacturing engineering service to ensure maximum availability of equipment and performance. You will be responsible for day-to-day preventative, predictive, and demand maintenance activities to maintain manufacturing and utilities equipment.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a regulated environment (GMP preferable) and hold a 3rd-level qualification in an Engineering discipline or equivalent trade qualification. Strong IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills are essential.
About the Role- Liaise with production teams to maximize equipment performance
- Maintain records and documentation on relevant engineering procedures
- Collaborate with internal/external engineers and contract maintenance providers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation/commissioning of equipment
- Implement equipment projects and process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and mental concentration
- Results-driven with ability to meet targets and metric standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and on-call rota as required
