
Equipment Maintenance Specialist

- Maintain equipment to required operating standards.
- Perform installation, emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance of machinery, plant, and utilities.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance contractors on site.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide engineering expertise to find solutions promptly.
The ideal candidate will perform duties in compliance with all site SOPs, EHS standards, and relevant legal requirements.
Conduct breakdown analysis and work closely with the project team on new or recommissioned equipment.
Provide 'On Call' support and escalate issues with equipment or its management.
A strong technical aptitude and ability to work on own initiative are essential.
A good team player with a proactive attitude and strong analytical skills is required.
A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of relevant quality standards is necessary.
Proficient in written and spoken English, MS, and predictive maintenance regimes & routines is preferred.
Experience with CMMS (eMaint is an advantage) and AutoCAD is an asset.
About You
- Bachelor's degree or similar trade qualification in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of industry experience in a GMP manufacturer with at least 3 years' experience in maintenance of chemical, HVAC/mechanical systems, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, electrical power systems, control systems, and building management systems.
