About This Job
">We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Maintain machinery, plant, equipment, utilities, facilities, and services to required operating standards.">
- Perform installation, emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance of equipment.">
- Coordinate and manage maintenance contractors and equipment vendors on site.">
- Troubleshoot issues and provide engineering expertise to find solutions promptly.">
- Perform duties in compliance with all site SOPs, EHS standards, and relevant legal requirements.">
- Conduct breakdown analysis and work closely with the project team on new or recommissioned equipment.">
- Attend FATs to ensure adherence to user requirements and provide engineering input to deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.">
- Manage supplies and spare parts inventory and participate in projects to improve system performance and reliability.">
- Provide 'On Call' support and escalate issues with equipment or its management.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree or similar trade qualification in an engineering discipline.">
- 5+ years of industry experience in a GMP manufacturer with at least 3 years' experience in maintenance of chemical, HVAC/mechanical systems, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, electrical power systems, control systems, and building management systems.">
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work on own initiative.">
- Good team player with a proactive attitude and strong analytical skills.">
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of relevant quality standards.">
- Proficient in written and spoken English, MS, and predictive maintenance regimes & routines.">
- Experience with CMMS (eMaint is an advantage) and AutoCAD.">
