Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.
About the Role:- Design and implement process projects that ensure reliability by design, working closely with the engineering team.
- Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance plans for new equipment, including approval of procedures on Maximo.
- Document and track completion of PMs and PDMs on manufacturing equipment into Maximo.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance testing, Site Acceptance Testing, and commissioning and qualification of equipment.
- Review and approve process-related commissioning, qualification, and validation protocols for completeness and accuracy.
- Execute protocols in a timely manner to meet project schedule requirements.
- Review and approve process flow diagrams (PFDs), specifications, layouts, and P&IDs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation on Engineering Procedures and preventative/demand maintenance.
- Rlevant Trade Qualification or engineering qualification to Cert level at a minimum (Diploma/Degree Preferred).
- Technical/Business Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years in a highly regulated manufacturing environment required.
