Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through the optimization of our fresh produce supply chain.

This role involves working closely with suppliers, growers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address key challenges.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on key objectives and priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a fresh produce or related field.

  • Ability to multi-task and ensure flawless execution and delivery.
  • Flexibility to work on and juggle a variety of initiatives.
  • Outstanding work ethic and results-oriented.
