Seek an accomplished nightlife professional to manage our bar and nightclub in Dingle, Co. Kerry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing bars and nightclubs, showcasing exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar and nightclub, ensuring superior standards of service, safety, and entertainment.
• Set a positive example, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and a passion for nightlife entertainment.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, financial management, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee engagement.
• Nurture strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local authorities.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience as a Bar and Nightclub Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
