
Social Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide vital support to adults with physical and/or sensory disabilities, or mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
Your primary role will be to deliver high-quality care, assist with medical needs, and engage in professional supervision. You will also contribute to the development of personal plans, working closely with our team to ensure each individual receives the best possible support.
About the Role- Deliver personalized care to meet the unique needs of our service users
- Assist with daily living tasks, including medication administration and personal care
- Participate in regular supervisions to ensure high-quality care is being delivered
- Statutory Registration on the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board at CORU
- Schedule 3 qualification or comparable qualification recognized by the Social Care Workers Registration Board at CORU
- Experience in contributing to the development of personal plans, delivering personal care, and assisting adults with medical needs/administering medication
