About the RoleThis senior tax professional opportunity presents a chance to join a leading boutique accountancy practice based in Belfast. The firm boasts a diverse and engaging client base, and the busy tax team handles interesting compliance and advisory work.
Your New Role- You will support the tax leadership team in identifying and delivering tailored tax advice and solutions for clients across various sectors.
- You will deliver consultancy services and business development initiatives to drive higher fees.
- You will manage, mentor, and develop junior tax members in the team.
You will play a key role in delivering complex tax advisory projects and identify opportunities within the existing client portfolio and target new work opportunities. You will also support the leadership team with firm-wide initiatives and contribute to maintaining and developing a supportive client-focused culture.
What You Need To SucceedTo excel in this position, you will have successfully completed your CTA qualification or equivalent, such as CA/ACA, and possess an excellent track record working in practice. You should be ambitious, driven, and a natural leader.
