Disability Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Intellectual Disability Nurse to join our team. As an Intellectual Disability Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
About the Role:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to medical staff.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
- Resident in Ireland and right to work in Ireland without restriction.
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting and obtain International Police Clearance if applicable.
