Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our dynamic team working on highway, public realm, and transportation projects.

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will provide technical advice and support for highway infrastructure operations and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking day-to-day contract management and administration
  • Managing PPP contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
  • Providing project/program management services to ensure timely delivery and quality customer service

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Coordinating specialists and managing contracts to maximize efficiency
  • Reviewing submissions and expediting project schedules to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring compliance and conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards
  • Drafting and reviewing correspondences to contractors and stakeholders
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Managing day-to-day operational duties and continuously improving operations to deliver results

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical/electronic engineering; or in another relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience in infrastructure projects, preferably in mechanical/electrical systems and infrastructure maintenance

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Analytical, self-motivated, and numerate skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas and negotiate agreements
  • Experience in chairing meetings and managing resources to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
