Job Title: WAN Technical Coordinator

The key objective of this role is to manage the entire network delivery lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and efficient project completion. This includes collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Network Engineering, third-party providers, and customers.

Main responsibilities involve providing regular status updates, anticipating potential issues, and escalating them as necessary. The WAN Technical Coordinator will also work closely with the Network Practice Lead and PMO for resource scheduling, collaborate with Engineering Teams to create Change Requests, and build relationships with Partner Vendors.

To be successful in this position, you must be highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting. A minimum of 3-5 years IT experience is required, along with Project Management experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role requires a strong understanding of Network LAN switching and Wi-Fi technology, as well as experience in delivering Managed Service Solutions. Proficiency in MS Office software suite and attention to detail are essential.

This is a remote-based position that may require occasional visits to Dublin HQ and client sites.

The WAN Technical Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Ergo's network services, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
