We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team. As a leading provider of telecommunications and IT solutions, we offer a comprehensive range of services that help businesses improve their operations and stay competitive in today's digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for customer networks
  • Work with core Juniper platforms: MX, EX, and QFX
  • Troubleshoot network issues and escalate where required
  • Liaise directly with customers and occasionally travel to site (license required)
  • Gain exposure to project delivery as part of your career progression

This role involves working full-time from our Dublin office in a collaborative, technical environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers and helping us deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Requirements:
  • JNCIA certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • A valid driver's license for occasional customer site visits
  • Good understanding of Juniper routing and switching platforms
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
