
Organisation Development Specialist

Job Summary:
- We seek a Lead Culture Development Specialist to drive an integrated culture strategy and leadership development initiative that fosters employee engagement, alignment, and growth.
The successful candidate will partner with executive leaders to design and implement a comprehensive culture development plan, leveraging business intelligence to inform positive change and drive organisational performance.
This role requires exceptional communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a culture development strategy aligned with the organisation's mission, vision, and values.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing organisational culture and employee engagement.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to equip managers with the skills and capabilities required to embed a high-performance culture.
- Manage and report on the performance of culture development initiatives, including metrics such as employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Engage with key stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships and promote a culture of innovation and change.
- Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- A minimum of five years professional experience in culture development, leadership development, employee engagement, or other related HR disciplines.
- Experience in designing and deploying employee surveys, facilitation of post-survey action planning, and program evaluation.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise, organise, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent facilitation skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members.
