Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to support and enable business partnering and change functions within the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop frameworks and tools that facilitate the design, delivery, and embedding of people, organisational, and agile change.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to traditional and agile change initiatives.
- Maintain and improve frameworks and toolkits that enable effective delivery and embedding of change.
- Evaluate information and data to understand trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights that support continuous improvement.
- Build relationships across the organisation to support and enable change.
- Drive positive 'one team' ways of working.
Requirements:
- Generalist HR experience and/or experience working on complex organisational, people, and agile change programs.
- Knowledge of organisational design, change management, agile transformation, and agile change management practices.
- Experience supporting or delivering enterprise agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders and teams.
