Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant with Change Management and/or Organisational Design experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organisations navigate complex transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support engagements across the financial services clients in the delivery of change management, organisational design, engagement, business readiness, project management and supporting the FS people consulting practice.
  • Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships, representing EY with professionalism and establishing credibility.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in People Consulting and Financial Services, and contribute to thought leadership within the firm.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes in/for a Financial Services Organisation.
  • Be degree qualified and have relevant people advisory professional experience.
  • Be able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
  • Be experienced in the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
  • Have exceptional problem-solving ability including logical reasoning, creative thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues for improving existing business processes and workflows.
