Organisational Change Specialist

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across both traditional and agile projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain adaptive frameworks and toolkits that facilitate effective organisational and people change initiatives.
- Support project planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery to ensure seamless execution and alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Track, monitor, and report on organisational design, people change, and agile change activities to ensure integration and coordination with other key initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Generalist HR experience with a focus on complex organisational, people, and agile change programs.
- Strong knowledge of organisational design, change management, agile transformation, and agile change management practices, theories, and models.
- Experience supporting or delivering enterprise agile transformation initiatives, preferably with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled agile frameworks.
- Flexible working arrangements including office-based days.
