Opportunity Overview:

This role presents a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team focused on organisational and people change. As an expert in adaptive frameworks and tools, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and embedding of transformative initiatives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across both traditional and agile projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain adaptive frameworks and toolkits that facilitate effective organisational and people change initiatives.
  • Support project planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery to ensure seamless execution and alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Track, monitor, and report on organisational design, people change, and agile change activities to ensure integration and coordination with other key initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Generalist HR experience with a focus on complex organisational, people, and agile change programs.
  • Strong knowledge of organisational design, change management, agile transformation, and agile change management practices, theories, and models.
  • Experience supporting or delivering enterprise agile transformation initiatives, preferably with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled agile frameworks.
