The HR Business Partner is a pivotal role connecting HR with business operations, driving performance and promoting a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUSINESS UNIT LEADERS AND TEAMS TO DRIVE COLLABORATION AND INNOVATION.
  • SUPPORT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT CYCLES, WORKFORCE PLANNING, AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES.
  • PROVIDE DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS TO INFORM STRATEGIC DECISIONS AND SUPPORT BUSINESS GROWTH.
  • ACTION AS A TRUSTED ADVISOR ON EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, EMPLOYMENT LAW, AND ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE.
  • COLLABORATE ON TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT, AND TALENT ACQUISITION INITIATIVES.
Requirements
  • A DEGREE IN HRM/HRD OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION.
  • AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR HR ROLE, IDEALLY WITH GENERALIST EXPERIENCE.
  • CIPD MEMBERSHIP (OR WILLINGNESS TO PURSUE).
  • STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AT A SENIOR LEVEL.
