Role SummaryThe Culture and Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing an integrated organisational culture and engagement strategy that aligns with the company's core values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a programme to build a unified positive organisational culture
- Collaborate with leadership to provide access to insights that inform positive change
- Establish and implement the Culture and Engagement Strategy for the organisation
- Lead and manage internal culture activities, including data collection and analysis
- Design and facilitate interventions to develop and align culture with organisational change and development
- Engage with senior leadership to set priorities for engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement
- Manage internal engagement activities and surveys
- Champion company values through innovative implementation
- Build leadership capability throughout the organisation
- Implement a Leadership Development Programme to support continuous learning
- Roll out leadership assessment and development tools
- Evaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions
- Proactively engage with key stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships
- Positively lead, motivate, and encourage staff
- Foster a corporate culture that promotes practice and commitment to service excellence and efficiency
This is a challenging role requiring strong communication, people skills, and organisational abilities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in culture, leadership development, employee engagement, or related HR disciplines.
