Role Summary

The Culture and Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing an integrated organisational culture and engagement strategy that aligns with the company's core values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a programme to build a unified positive organisational culture
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide access to insights that inform positive change
  • Establish and implement the Culture and Engagement Strategy for the organisation
  • Lead and manage internal culture activities, including data collection and analysis
  • Design and facilitate interventions to develop and align culture with organisational change and development
Engagement Strategy
  • Engage with senior leadership to set priorities for engagement initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement
  • Manage internal engagement activities and surveys
  • Champion company values through innovative implementation
Leadership Development Programmes
  • Build leadership capability throughout the organisation
  • Implement a Leadership Development Programme to support continuous learning
  • Roll out leadership assessment and development tools
  • Evaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions
People & Stakeholder Management
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships
  • Positively lead, motivate, and encourage staff
  • Foster a corporate culture that promotes practice and commitment to service excellence and efficiency

This is a challenging role requiring strong communication, people skills, and organisational abilities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in culture, leadership development, employee engagement, or related HR disciplines.
