As a Senior HR professional, you have the opportunity to shape organisational culture and drive employee engagement.

- Develop leadership programmes and tools to equip aspiring leaders with essential skills.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a Senior HR capacity with proven ability to design and implement strategic programmes.
- Strong communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills with expertise in facilitating organisational change.
- Experience in conducting employee surveys, leadership frameworks and coaching methodologies with a relevant third-level qualification.
