Key Responsibilities
  • Create strategic programmes to enhance employee experience and boost productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Senior HR capacity with proven ability to design and implement strategic programmes.
  • Strong communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills with expertise in facilitating organisational change.
  • Experience in conducting employee surveys, leadership frameworks and coaching methodologies with a relevant third-level qualification.
