
Senior Organisational Culture Specialist

Cpl recruitment are seeking a senior HR professional to drive organisational culture and employee engagement. This role will be for an initial 12 month period with potential to extend or become permanent.
Main Responsibilities:The Employee Experience and Culture Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, including surveys, action planning, and creative engagement activities
- Rolling out leadership programmes and tools to build capability, embed high-performance behaviours, and support aspiring leaders
- Collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a Senior HR capacity
- Proven ability to design and implement strategic programmes and facilitate organisational change
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with employee surveys, leadership frameworks, and coaching methodologies
- Relevant third-level qualification
