Organisation Transformation Lead

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and implement complex organisational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, with expertise in designing and delivering effective organisational transformation programmes.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive organisational performance improvement. They will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing change strategies, and ensuring seamless programme delivery.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders at all levels. A deep understanding of human-centred design principles and experience in facilitating collaborative working practices are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering high-impact organisational development projects, with a focus on driving cultural change, improving employee engagement, and enhancing overall organisational performance.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Development) is required. Proven experience in leading organisational development initiatives, combined with a certification in recognised change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), is highly desirable.
In addition to their technical skills and qualifications, the candidate must demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy, and a passion for people development. They should be able to inspire and motivate others to achieve shared goals, while maintaining a results-driven approach to programme delivery.
