Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Advisor to join our team in supporting public sector clients in Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and deliver projects across a diverse client base, focusing on strategy, culture and organisational design.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead key aspects of client projects, working closely with partners, directors or the Head of Public Sector
  • Manage small teams of more junior consultants, providing guidance and support
  • Conduct research, benchmarking and policy analysis to inform recommendations
  • Analyse data and information to build an evidence-based approach
  • Facilitate client meetings and workshops, ensuring effective collaboration
  • Determine appropriate solutions, scenarios and options for clients
  • Develop and present client materials, deliverables and reports
  • Contribute to the innovation and evolution of our client services and solutions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in consulting, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with analytical, innovative and creative mindset
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Capacity to build long-term relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • Project management capability and experience in strategy or organisational design would be advantageous
  • Experience working on behalf of Irish public sector organisations is highly desirable
  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness are essential qualities for this role
