This is a permanent full-time position offering 39 hours of work per week. The position is based in the Dundrum store in Dublin.

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you are responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that inspires our customers to express their personal style. Implementing visual identity guidelines, driving sales strategies, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You support the store to achieve a customer-centric approach by implementing visual identity according to company guidelines.
  • You coach and develop your team on visual and commercial knowledge.
  • You ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are always followed.
  • You monitor store KPIs and take actions to meet business targets and goals.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Visual Merchandising and management experience
  • A passion for profitability and people development
