The primary goal of this position is to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

This involves overseeing and managing the human resources function within the organization, including developing training programs, overseeing recruitment processes, and fostering positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development: Aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive business success.
  • Employee Engagement: Fostering a nurturing, positive, and supportive work environment that promotes employee growth and development.
  • Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment process to attract and hire the most suitable candidates who share our values and vision.
  • Team Development: Supporting the team through participation, motivation, and development initiatives to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Implementing appraisal systems, providing constructive feedback, and supporting performance improvement plans to ensure continuous growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in Human Resources or equivalent work experience, with a strong track record of achieving results.
  • People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English, with a willingness to learn Irish (Gaeilge).
  • Training Ability: Ability to create and deliver effective training programs that enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Communication: Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Proficiency in relationship management at all organizational levels, with a focus on building trust and credibility.
  • Education: A third-level degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
