We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Administration of HR systems, performance management, recruitment, employee wellbeing, compensation, and benefits.
- Leading and supporting programs and initiatives as appropriate.
- Responsible for all HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle from New Starter to Leaver.
- Assisting with monthly outsourced payroll preparation and liaising with pension providers.
- Supporting the ongoing administration of key compensation & benefit arrangements and maintaining personnel data in HR Systems.
- Answering general employee queries and providing support to departments and business units.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or currently studying Human Resources.
- 2- 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
- Previous experience in HR Software systems and familiarity with payroll processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
