We are seeking a meticulous E-Discovery Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all deliverables across eDiscovery projects. As an expert in quality control, you will play a vital part in guaranteeing that all data meets technical and legal requirements specified by clients and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough reviews of eDiscovery work products including processed data, redactions, metadata, and document productions to ensure their integrity and accuracy.
  • Validate data consistency and completeness across various stages of the eDiscovery process to prevent discrepancies and errors.
  • Identify and resolve issues or inconsistencies in review sets and productions, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Ensure all productions meet technical and legal standards as outlined by clients and relevant laws.
  • Document and track problems encountered during QC processes to contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers, legal consultants, and eDiscovery analysts to ensure seamless handoffs and workflow transparency.
  • Assist in developing QC checklists and SOPs to standardize quality assurance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, redaction logs, and audit trails.
  • Promote adherence to data privacy and confidentiality policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Your Profile:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in eDiscovery, legal review, or quality control within legal services or professional services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performing quality control for document review, redactions, and productions.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery tools such as Relativity or Reveal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for issue reporting and cross-team collaboration.
