Job Title

A legal professional is required to provide strategic advice on commercial contracts and transactions, working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on all aspects of the company's business, including contract negotiation and review.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Ensure contractual rigor and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with key customers and suppliers.
  • Provide regulatory and compliance advice in relation to pharmaceutical matters.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • JD or equivalent law degree.
  • Active practicing certificate or bar membership.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Knowledge of EU competition law and international commercial law.
