Investment Counsellor

This is a pivotal role within our organisation, where you will be responsible for managing relationships with high-net-worth clients and providing exceptional service.

The Investment Counsellor role involves understanding the needs of clients, educating them on portfolio changes, and building long-standing relationships.

You will serve as the conduit between clients, our investment policy committee, research and trading departments, and several service teams.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a book of high-net-worth relationships with assets valued at €100-150 million.
  • Providing expert advice on portfolio changes, financial markets, and market strategy to clients.
  • Proactively updating clients on their portfolios, financial markets, and our current market strategy.

We are seeking candidates with 2+ years' experience in private client management within the banking/wealth management industry.

A QFA or working towards QFA is preferred, along with a sound knowledge of financial concepts, markets, and current events.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with various audiences.
  • Able to maintain positivity and empathy with clients in both good and challenging times.
  • Strong analytical skills to provide expert advice on portfolio changes and financial markets.
