Project Managers are key personnel responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme;
  • Liaising with site staff and subcontractors to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise;
  • Managing personnel, including direct reports, and ensuring they have access to accurate and timely information;
  • Reporting to the Contracts Manager on project status and making recommendations as necessary.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field;
  • At least 5 years' experience working on large-scale construction projects;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • A thorough knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint;
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels;
  • Ability to travel regularly within Europe.
