
Construction Programme Director

As a key professional in our construction projects, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving success.
The Role- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of project plans, ensuring seamless execution and effective monitoring.
- Liaise closely with the design team to guarantee works are completed in accordance with established programs.
- Provide support to and report directly to the Contracts Manager, fostering collaboration to ensure smooth project completion.
- Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors, coordinating regular progress meetings and workshops to drive action.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks throughout construction, working in tandem with the Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators to maintain accurate and timely information dissemination.
- Closely collaborate with the Senior Engineer to ensure high-quality work is consistently delivered.
- A degree in Construction Management or a similar field (third-level qualification) is a fundamental requirement.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager for a Main Contractor or Property Developer is necessary.
- A proven track record of overseeing projects valued at over €5M from inception to completion is essential.
- Background in engineering is highly desirable.
- The ability to effectively manage project schedules and update them as needed is critical.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously is vital.
- Thorough knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with excellent IT skills and strong digital presentation abilities are required.
