Job Title: Outbound Inside Sales Representative
This is a highly rewarding and challenging sales opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As an Outbound Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding our client base by engaging with prospects, understanding their unique business needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs, and provide personalized solutions to address their pain points.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential customers within the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment.
- Lead high-volume outreach efforts through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in our offerings.
- Manage a comprehensive sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature, maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, solution engineering, and customer success, to enhance client engagements and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a closing sales role or Sales Development Role, with a strong track record of successfully acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets within the SMB segment.
- Native level fluency in Italian and English (read, write, and speak).
- Demonstrated passion for hunting and acquiring new business, with a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships and effectively conveying the value of our offerings.
- Self-motivated and driven by results, with the tenacity to pursue leads and close deals.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cultivating a territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Experience in managing a specific territory and selling in E-commerce, Fintech, Retail, Hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience selling Point of Sale systems is a plus.
- Experience with MEDDIC, BANT, and Challenger sales methodologies is a plus.
