Our Dublin team is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure financial compliance.

This mid-senior level role involves managing a team, overseeing financial reporting, and maintaining internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, analyse financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cash Management: Maintain an effective cash management system and forecast cash needs to ensure business sustainability.
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of PQE in accounting, prior experience in the motor industry, and expertise in general ledger, financial statement preparation, and month-end closing procedures.

  • Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to drive operational excellence.
  • Expertise in various financial management software and systems used by dealerships.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor an accounting team.
