We are seeking an experienced professional to join our expanding Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering winning bids that meet our sales targets.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-value product or services opportunities through proven ability in bid management from opportunity identification to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-value product or services opportunities through proven ability in bid management from opportunity identification to project delivery.
- Provide valuable input into value proposition development, opportunity qualification, win strategy, and solution delivery.
- Lead teams in office-based environments and manage complex, multi-worksteam opportunities.
- Manage internal governance procedures and ensure compliance with legislation around use of AI and data protection.
- Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues throughout the bid process.
- Proven professional experience in the Facilities Management market.
- Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge and ability to interpret and analyse data.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients and work colleagues.
- Flexible and agile approach to working within a dynamic team environment.
