Drive Excellence in Manufacturing and Quality

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for learning and development? We are seeking an experienced Technical Learning & Development Leader to drive excellence in our manufacturing and quality operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary technical Learning & Development Leader, ensuring alignment with global strategies and policies while meeting local operational needs.
    • Partner with senior directors and global centers of excellence to implement future-facing learning solutions that drive performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
    • Ensure governance frameworks are executed at the site level, maintaining inspection and audit readiness in real time.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Manufacturing Training with a focus on regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and compliance training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Instructional Systems Technology, Performance Technology, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience working in GMP-regulated environments strongly preferred.

  • Design and implement site-specific technical Learning initiatives that support compliance, manufacturing excellence, and employee development.
  • Drive learning effectiveness measurement using real-time data and analytics to ensure programs deliver measurable business impact.
