Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in payroll management, handling multiple client portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of auto-enrolment regulations and compliance is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration within the team and with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll-related tasks, including processing and filing submissions, for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to review work completed by junior team members and provide support to the Payroll Manager.
  • Respond promptly to queries, offering expert guidance and assistance.
  • Participate in training sessions on legislative updates and system improvements.
  • Conduct peer reviews of payrolls to uphold high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to process improvement within the team, ensuring payroll records are accurately updated and maintained.
