We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our Enterprise Risk Management function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that impact our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Lead the development of the risk management framework and ensure it is aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risks, and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Monitor and report on risk events, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. You will have a comprehensive understanding of risk management methods and best practices.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite and written reporting. A degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred but not required.
