Oversee Enterprise Risk Framework

Rippling is a leading provider of cloud-based workforce systems. As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the risk management framework within the payments entity.

About the Role:

This individual will support the Chief Risk Officer in ensuring consistent governance, risk assessment, and reporting practices across the group. They will work collaboratively with business units and control functions globally to enhance risk culture, monitor key risks, and provide assurance to senior management and the Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as second-in-command to the Chief Risk Officer, deputising at internal and external meetings where necessary.
  • Provide leadership in risk-related decision-making, ensuring alignment with group-level risk strategy and regulatory expectations.
  • Support the global roll-out and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Framework (ERF) across all group entities, ensuring consistency in methodology and reporting.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate risk appetite, key risk indicators (KRIs), and stress testing into business planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with group functions to align risk processes across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in risk management, preferably within financial services, fintech, or payments. They will possess strong knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and payments industry practices.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Law, Business, or a related discipline (Master's degree or professional certification desirable).
