Job Title

Enterprise Risk Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the risk management framework and acting as a deputy to the Chief Risk Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as second-in-command to the Chief Risk Officer, deputising at internal and external meetings where necessary.
  • Provide leadership in risk-related decision-making, ensuring alignment with group-level risk strategy and regulatory expectations.
    • Support the global roll-out and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Framework across all group entities, ensuring consistency in methodology and reporting.
    • Lead initiatives to integrate risk appetite, key risk indicators (KRIs), and stress testing into business planning and decision-making.
    • Partner with group functions to align risk processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Facilitate regular risk assessments and reviews across technology, operational, financial, and compliance risk categories.
  • Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of enterprise risk data for senior management and Board-level committees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Law, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years' experience in risk management, preferably within financial services, fintech, or payments.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and payments industry practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
