Building Services Operations Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Building Services Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating building services, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage building services projects from specification to installation and commissioning.
- Liaise with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes where possible.
Key Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in building services coordination or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Benefits
- Competitive salary €55k - €65k per year depending on experience
- Including car allowance.
