We are currently seeking a skilled Collections Officer to join our team.
This role is based in Dublin and involves working as part of the Customer Services & Collections team for one of our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound & outbound calls & emails, maximising debt recovery by engaging with customers and negotiating payments, achieving personal and team collections targets, collaborating with other departments when necessary, ensuring collection processes are followed in line with company policies and procedures, achieving KPIs, and providing feedback to management to ensure customer issues are identified and resolved.
Suitable candidates will have previous call centre experience, be proactive thinkers and problem solvers, possess strong objection handling ability, communicate effectively both written and verbally, work on their own initiative as well as being a strong team player, have attention to detail, negotiation skills, investigation skills, and Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
