\Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. As a customer service professional, you will be the first point of contact for our clients worldwide, anticipating and meeting their needs through exceptional service delivery.
\The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively respond to queries regarding cover, claims, hospitalisation, and complaints. You will commit to delivering high-quality service, adhering to departmental standards and targets.
\Key responsibilities include:
\- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner\
- Developing extensive product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients\
- Assisting in-house medical teams with client admissions, evacuations, repatriations, and other cases as required\
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention\
- Multi-tasking daily workload and ad-hoc assignments while maintaining a 24-hour turnaround for written communication and a target call abandon rate of 2%
