Account Executive Opportunity

As a seasoned sales professional, you have the opportunity to advance your career by taking on a challenging role as an Account Executive. This position offers the chance to own deals from initial outreach through to close and beyond, working with fast-scaling ecommerce and retail brands across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle independently, from lead qualification and discovery to demo and close. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing a high-volume pipeline and owning your territory's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales process: from outbound prospecting and qualification to product demo and close">
  • Actively manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize effectively">
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan for sustainable growth">
  • Work collaboratively with peers and share best practices">
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members">
  • Take ownership of additional projects to expand your commercial skillset">
  • Represent the team with professionalism, accountability, and consistency">

Requirements:

You must possess the following skills and qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)">
  • 1+ years of experience in a revenue-generating role such as BDR, SDR, Account Manager, or Junior AE in a SaaS/MarTech environment">
  • Proven success selling to founders, marketers, or business owners, ideally in ecommerce or retail">
  • Strong outbound prospecting ability with creative, strategic approaches">
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with multiple stakeholders">
  • Resilient, motivated, and goal-oriented — you thrive on exceeding targets">
  • Curious and coachable, with a strong growth mindset and drive for improvement">
  • Collaborative team player who brings energy, insight, and support to others">
  • Fully authorized to work in Ireland without sponsorship">
