Early Years Leadership Role

This position is focused on delivering high-quality, full-time early years care and education in a childcare setting. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for overseeing the team to support children's holistic development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality early years care and education, ensuring curriculum planning and learning experiences align with established frameworks.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, supporting them to promote children's development and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within the room and across the centre.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar early years leadership role.
  • Fetac Level 6 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Copies of qualifications and 2 written references.
  • Garda Vetting (managed by the employer).
  • International police clearance if applicable.
  • Leadership capability, reliability, empathy, and passion for working with children.
