We are seeking a qualified educator to join our team at Tigers Childcare.

Job Overview

The role of Early Years Educator is an integral part of providing high-quality childcare and education to children aged [insert age range].

This position plays a vital role in supporting the development and growth of young children, promoting their emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through engaging and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist in the provision of full-time day care of the highest quality in a holistic setting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum activities that promote children's overall development.
  • Conduct observations and learning stories for assigned children, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of Fetac Level 5 (or recognised equivalent) in a childcare qualification.
  • Have experience in a childcare role or related field.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about working with children.
