Production Operator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for performing various tasks on assembly lines, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rotate through assembly lines, performing a variety of tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform online and in-process visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Reject products outside of specifications and work collaboratively with supervisors and technicians to resolve any issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Adaptability: Ability to rotate through assembly lines with ease.
  • Dexterity and fine motor skills: Skilled hands required for perfecting each assembly.
  • Visual inspection: Eagle eye to ensure flawless assembly.
  • Teamwork: Thrive in a team environment, working on sterile medical products.
