Senior Infrastructure Development Specialist

The NEC4 ECC Assistant Project Supervisor role provides an opportunity to support the project team in overseeing construction assurance activities for a specific scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that works carried out by contractors are completed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with established standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the NEC4 ECC Project Supervisor in representing client interests.
- Monitor contractor performance and witness testing where necessary.
- Verify compliance with scope and specifications documents.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in construction management and supervision, particularly on road and infrastructure projects including reinforced concrete structures, is essential. Additionally, land survey experience, including setting out, is required.
Safepass accreditation and chartered status with a relevant professional body are desirable. Proficiency in MS Office applications and other project tools is also expected. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
